Momomi Group is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Tru-Form Metals, Inc., a California-based architectural metal fabricator. Tru-Form Metals will continue to do business independently with its present management. The acquisition of Tru-Form Metals, Inc., a leading metal fabricator, allows Momomi better knowledge of the U.S. market, while supplying Tru-Form Metals with resources and long term stability.

Momomi is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Momomi Kosan Co., Ltd. of Japan. It is a family business that strives for excellence, value and mutually beneficial partnerships. Momomi is a major provider of stainless steel products, services and business solutions to industries, widely ranging from construction to infrastructure, transportation, and consumer products.
